Instruction for presentations
The official language of the conference is English.
- ORAL PRESENTERS
PLENARY TALK - 45 min. (40 min. presentation + 5 min. discussion)
KEYNOTES COMMUNICATION - 30 min. (25 min. presentation + 5 min. discussion)
ORAL COMMUNICATION - 15 min. (12 min. presentation + 3 min. discussion)
All presenters should be present 10 minutes before the start of the session and should immediatly inform the Chair of the session of their arrival. Each room contains a computer with a projector. Presenters can bring an USB stick with their presentation (format ppt or pdf). Presentation can be uploaded during any break before the session.
Presenters can also come with their own computer.
Oral presentations must keep strictly to time in order to allow delegates to plan which presentations to attend and to move between parallel sessions.
- POSTER PRESENTERS
POSTERS COMMUNICATION - A0 sized poster in portrait form is appropriate, W 841 x H 1189 mm
Double-face tape will be provided at the poster session desk. Small chains can also be used for poster with hanging eyelet.
Poster for each evening poster session should be set at lunch time or during the afternoon break. Poster presenters should be present at the poster session, standing at thei poste for the duration of the session in order to faciltate discussion.
Posters should be remoded at lats by the morning break the day after the poster session. Any poster remaining after that time will be removed by the conference staff.

If you need to print your poster in France you can order printing and delivery on site.
Choose your printer on line or contact our partner, Vincent Imprimeries, with the reference "IRMMW-THz2019" in the subject of the email and ask for a delivery on site, Maison de la Chimie.
